The situation
Grant information arrived across fragmented sources, making consistent reporting and historical comparison difficult.
What I built
I designed the relational Excel data model, built 45+ Power Query pipelines, and added validation, reconciliation, and historical snapshot layers.
Why it mattered
Reporting datasets that once took hours or days to compile could be prepared in minutes, with a more reliable backbone for dashboards and compliance workflows.
